Highly recommended! I wanted to express how awesome the people at Renton Dental Arts are. Had urgent crown work done, and they were fantastic through the entire process. Even though I've been negligent in dental care, they got me back up and on track with zero judgment. Big shout out to Dr. Ford, Kat, Haley, and Alexis and everyone at their office. Thank you!

Dr. Choi and his assistant were were concerned about my questions and my overall health. They explained my options for treatments and any future visits. Also the office receptionist did her best to meet my needs for upcoming visits. She too was kind and accomodating to my work schedule.

As usual, had a pleasant experience at Renton Dental Arts. The desk is very friendly and efficient. Kimmy, the dental assistant is always so nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had not met Dr Ohara, peridontist, before, but she was friendly and took the time to diagnose my rather complex dental problem, and come up with a plan that should address my tooth issue. She is very knowledgeable and explained things well.

Where do I start. The entire staff at Renton dental arts is truly amazing. The care and compassion that the staff provides to each patient is truly remarkable. My mom has been a long time patient and we will continue our dental care here for a long time. They treat elderly patients with dignity and understand what their needs are. In today's world of lack of customer service, Renton Dentals arts provides remarkable customer service and sets the bar high for what a wonderful dental experience should be. Please keep up the good work.

As I just experienced, Renton Dental Arts is the best option for both my semi-annual check-ups or my latest chipped tooth accident. They scheduled me in quickly and repaired the tooth in short order with no signs that it had ever been damaged. Thank you Dr. Ford and the always friendly, helpful staff.

The care here is absolutely the best. Have been coming here before it was actually renamed Renton Dental Arts and moved to new building. Have received care from multiple dental assistants and several of the dentists. All have been excellent. I have moved almost an hour away, but the travel is worth the distance.

First time here at RDA Very nice Modern looking facility! front office staff are very pleasant and friendly, my hygienist Cathy a fantastic lady who explained everything in detail and my dentist was Dr Ford a pleasant person went over my teeth. Every person I spoke to was friendly! Try this dental practice if you haven’t found one yet. RC

I had a great experience at Renton Dental Arts. The new patient appointment was very thorough. Maddie, Kat, and Dr. Merkel were friendly and informative. I appreciated being able to see the radiographs and photos they took of my teeth. I look forward to continuing my dental care with them.

I am 84 and my teeth have been receiving dental attention for a long time! Lots of dentists and lots of dental equipment. I said that to say this: Renton Dental Arts is far and away the best dental care I have ever received … Full stop. I have been with RDA and their predecessor for 36 years. I must say that when Drs. Ford and Merkel took over they had a tough act to follow. But the last 12 years have been off the charts excellent! Excellent professional staff and service in every area! From oral surgery to teeth polishing and office staff, everyone knows what they are doing, and they do it to perfection … and if that were not enough, they are personable and friendly! Everyone seems to enjoy what they are doing. Excellent use of current proven technology. If it’s good and it works, they probably are using it, and using it to the advantage of the customer/patient. My only complaint is that there is seriously nothing to complain about!!

I’ve been going there for a long time I’ve requested to have Cathy as my hygienist and she’s done a great job throughout the time I’ve been going there sadly she’s retiring next month. I’m going to miss her a lot. The girls in the office are always friendly and very helpful. All the doctors I’ve had working with me are always informative and explain everything they are going to do before I have the work done. If you’re looking for a dentist office to go to I highly recommend Renton Dental Arts.
